Folk In South Yorkshire is the organisation of groups affiliated to the English Folk Dance and Song Society, holding regular folk dances and events throughout South Yorkshire.

Sheffield University Ceilidh Society organises regular ceilidhs, usually one every two or three weeks, as well as a regular programme of workshops, music events, sessions and trips to other festivals and ceilidhs.
